Events | ||
Birthdate Certificate Tag Upload | Used to generate a birth certificate by providing a list of 15 digit approved CCIA tags. Birth certificates can be generated by any industry operation. Only animals that have had a birth date applied by the farm of origin will show with a birth date on the certificate. | Download Template |
Disposed | Used to report the identification of an approved tag applied to an animal, or an animal based on carcass details, that has died and has been disposed of by a producer or dead stock operator. | View Instructions Download Template |
