Note: Do not edit the existing headings or add new headings to the templates provided. These templates are in the required format for submission to the CLTS. Altering these headings will cause the submission to error.

Animal Events

Birth DateUsed to associate an animal's birth date with its unique approved tag number. Submitting the birth date event is required to Age Verify animals. View

Certificates and Manifests

Birth CertificateThis tutorial will show you how to create and print a birth certificate. The Birth Certificate is an official document that proves the age of a particular animal. Birth Certificates can only be generated for an animal that has a birth date entered into the CLTS.View
